Accommodation can be provided at a low cost of around 500-700 CHF per month depending on your apartment choice including kitchens.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional table service, including setting up and clearing tables in accordance with hotel standards
Assist guests with menu choices, wine, and cheese recommendations
Execute orders efficiently and accurately, including a la carte and banquet service
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene
Support and mentor junior staff or Commis de Rang as required
Ensure smooth coordination with kitchen and bar staff to provide a seamless guest experience
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Uphold all hotel policies, standards, and procedures
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years experience as Chef de Rang / Waiter
in 4-5 hotels or luxury restaurants Native or fluent
