About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional

Chef de Rang / Waiter

to join our high-end hotel team. You will ensure that every guest receives impeccable service in line with our luxury standards. The ideal candidate has prior experience in 4-5hotels, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fine dining and hospitality.

Accommodation can be provided at a low cost of around 500-700 CHF per month depending on your apartment choice including kitchens.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional table service, including setting up and clearing tables in accordance with hotel standards Assist guests with menu choices, wine, and cheese recommendations Execute orders efficiently and accurately, including a la carte and banquet service Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene Support and mentor junior staff or Commis de Rang as required Ensure smooth coordination with kitchen and bar staff to provide a seamless guest experience Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Uphold all hotel policies, standards, and procedures

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years experience as Chef de Rang / Waiter

in 4-5 hotels or luxury restaurants
Native or fluent

German

skills Professional knowledge of fine dining service, including wine and cheese (preferred) Strong interpersonal skills, guest-oriented attitude, and ability to work under pressure Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
