To lead the next phase of growth, we are seeking a CEO with a proven track record in business building and scaling. The CEO will be responsible for transforming early commercial traction into sustainably and profitable growth, while ensuring professionalization of operations, international expansion, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Define and implement a scalable go-to-market strategy
Convert early customer success into references, compelling value propositions, and case studies
Spearhead revenue growth through sales initiatives and strategic alliances; build strong ecosystem partnerships to accelerate market penetration and expansion
Build a scalable sales pipeline and expand into new geographies
Collaborate closely with founders and product teams to ensure continuous alignment of solutions with evolving market needs
Maintain oversight of budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics; optimize resource allocation and ensure healthy cash flow management
Shape a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture while driving operational excellence
Attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent across commercial and operational domains
Your competencies/skills:

University degree in Business Administration, preferably complemented by engineering expertise or exposure to technical environments
Senior leadership experience within high-growth start-ups/scale-ups or innovative SMEs
Demonstrated commercial leadership with a strong track record in building sales pipelines, closing strategic deals, and driving scalable revenue growth
International exposure across key markets including Europe (Germany, France, UK, Eastern Europe), the United States, and Singapore
Robust financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, performance management (KPIs), and investor relations
Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on, execution-oriented approach; thrives in dynamic environments and maintains strong bias for action
Inspires followership through a compelling blend of personal credibility, strategic clarity, and authentic leadership
Deal-driven mentality, consistently advancing opportunities forward and translating potential into tangible business outcomes
