Job Description

We are expanding our Global Corporate Information Security Team and looking forward new colleagues and leaders joining us in Bulle (FR) Switzerland. We are looking for a CISO Office Manager. The scope of duties includes the following:

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Execution



Drive execution of the cybersecurity strategy and key initiatives. Translate CISO's vision into actionable roadmaps, Metrics, and KPIs. Monitor progress and provide reporting and insights to the CISO and the Leadership Team.

2. Governance & Operating Model



Manage the internal operating rhythm of the CISO office (e.g., weekly leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews). Coordinate cybersecurity steering committees and board reporting. Ensure alignment with enterprise structures (e.g., Risk, Compliance, IS/IT, Product and Services).

3. Communication & Stakeholder Management



Prepare CISO presentations, board decks, executive briefings, and external speaking content. Serve as a liaison between the CISO and other business units, including Legal, HR, IT, Engineering, and Operations. Support internal and external communications for awareness, culture, and change management.

4. Resource & Budget Oversight



Help plan and track the cybersecurity budget, investments, and staffing allocations. Collaborate with finance and HR on forecasting and workforce planning. Drive talent initiatives (e.g., hiring, onboarding, L&D for the security team).

5. Special Projects & Crisis Coordination

Lead or oversee critical cross-functional programs (e.g., AI & security, M&A due diligence, cyber risk quantification). Act as a point of escalation or triage during major incidents or executive escalations. Support back office management activities for Global CISO.

Competencies:

Bachelor's/Master's in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field. May hold certifications like CISSP, CISM, PMP, or MBA English is a Must, German and French are a plus. Good understanding of cybersecurity landscape, frameworks, and standards (ISO 27001, NIST) 5+ years in cybersecurity and 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong project/program management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strategic thinker who can execute at both high and detailed levels. Trusted advisor with discretion, diplomacy, and the ability to represent the CISO. Works closely with leaders across security operations, architecture, compliance, regional CISOs and engineering. Readiness for global travel
