Our Opportunity


Within our prestigious boutique, based in Zurich in Bahnhofstrasse, we are looking for a:


Client Advisor (German / English)





Reporting to the Store Manager and acting as an ambassador of the Brand, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience across

Jewellery, Watches, and Accessories

, while managing back-office operations, after-sales service, inventory, and other support activities.




Welcome, advise, and accompany clients throughout their purchase journey, building strong and lasting relationships. Achieve sales targets and actively grow your client portfolio through networking and events. Ensure the boutique reflects the Brand's excellence: product presentation, visual merchandising, and store standards. Support operational activities including stock management, inventory, AFSS processing, product receiving, and back-office tasks in collaboration with the team. Provide after-sales support, coordinating repairs and follow-ups to guarantee seamless client experience.

Your Background


You have at least 5 years of working experience in a similar role, in a high-end luxury boutique. Passionate by the jewelry, you are recognized as a determined sales-driven person with strong entrepreneurial mindset, always eager to push for sales and to grow your client portfolio through active networking.



Client-focused, you strive to discover your client needs and guide them with passion across the Brand. Your excellent communication skills allow you to perform in your daily activities and maintain effective relationship with customers. You are flexible and rigorous, and you work in an organized and structured manner even in case of multitasking.



You use easily Microsoft Office suite and have strong knowledge of SAP and CRM. Finally, you are

fluent in German and in English; and any other languages

would be a distinct advantage.
