Overview of Role



Embedded in the team "Client Data Management & Onboarding" you are the first entry point for the Front Office. You are responsible for verifying and processing the bank's account applications.


In the event of changes in circumstances, you ensure that the accounts are correctly documented. You maintain the bank's client master data. You challenge current processes with the goal to automate continuously. This position can last for six to nine months with an ideal start date of November 2025.


Responsibilities



Processing and reviewing account opening applications from private and corporate clients, trusts and foundations Compliance with policies, guidelines and regulations in the area of client identification (in particular CDB 20) as well as tax treaties (QI/FATCA/AEoI) and other legal, contractual and regulatory guidelines Ensuring the completeness and relevance of Know Your Client (KYC) information provided by the Front Office Independent assessment of KYC relationships subject to "Standard Due Diligence" Care & maintenance of client master data in Avaloq and in the client data system Project collaboration Close cooperation and coordination with Legal & Compliance and Front Office

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required



Several years of experience in similar position Profound knowledge of CDB 20 and AMLA Good knowledge of the various tax laws (QI, FATCA, AEoI) Solution-oriented mindset and very good communication skills in German, French and English Knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage Integrity, reliability, discretion Team player, reliable, open, independent, initiative, quick thinking and well organised
