We are launching an exciting new initiative in

2026

: the

Accelerator Programme for Organisations

. This online programme will equip dozens of organisations over the next five years with the knowledge and tools they need to develop and implement effective climate action plans.

Join us as a Climate Education & Digital Learning Intern

Are you motivated to contribute to meaningful climate action? The Climate Action Accelerator is seeking a Climate Education & Digital Learning Intern to support the launch of the Accelerator Programme for Humanitarian Organisations, which will help organisations worldwide strengthen their climate strategies and implement impactful action plans.

What You Will Do:

Support the finalisation of instructional videos for the programme Support the translation of programme materials into French Help integrate training resources into our Learning Management System (LMS) on Moodle Assist users and contribute to the smooth functioning of the LMS Support promotional and communication efforts highlighting the programme's value and vision

Who You Are:

Passionate about climate action and environmental sustainability (training in these areas is a plus!) Enrolled in a university programme and eligible for a tripartite internship agreement Studying education, sustainability, political science, digital design, management, business, marketing, Communication, or a related field Familiar with Learning Management Systems (ideally Moodle) Able to create or support the creation of engaging learning content Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) Creative, proactive, and collaborative, with a global and intercultural mindset Experience with digital design or multimedia tools is an asset

Duration:

6 months (full-time, with 2 days of leave per month)

Compensation:

CHF 1,500 per month

Location:

Geneva - 20% to 40% remote work possible
