Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to lead and oversee our Phase 3 clinical study. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex, multisite Phase 3 trials within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. This role calls for strong leadership, meticulous organization, and a deep understanding of clinical trial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning, initiating, and managing all aspects of the Phase 3 clinical trial for Vanarix. Coordinating with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, and Medical Affairs. Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs. Monitoring trial progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery. Managing site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closure activities. Preparing and reviewing trial documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitating communication between sites and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Phase 3 clinical trials. Proven experience with trial management for biopharmaceuticals or biotech products. Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
