Position Overview:

Hotel Silberhorn & Spa, a renowned hotel located in the heart of the beautiful Swiss Alps in Wengen, is seeking a dedicated and reliable

A la carte Chef (m/f/d)

to join our team for the winter season.

Key Responsibilities:

Independent management and organization of your kitchen station Preparation and execution of the daily mise en place Creative processing and presentation of high-quality products Compliance with and implementation of HACCP standards

Requirements:

Completed vocational training as a chef (EFZ or equivalent) Professional experience in a similar position Independent and structured working style with strong organizational skills German language skills; additional languages are welcome Enjoyment of varied tasks and working in a team Passion for the hotel and gastronomy industry
