For our customer located in Prague (CZ) we are currently looking for an: Accounting and Controlling Service (m/f/x)

• Location: Remote
• Branch: Pharma
• Necessary to work as a freelancer with own registered business that enables you to invoice us the worked hours

The main focus of this service is support of IT separation activities
Tasks & Responsibilities

• Accounting and controlling activities related to separation projects

• Review project charters, ensure proper accounting, monthly reporting
• Execute standard project controlling process
• Accounting and controlling responsibilities related to the transition service agreement:

• Invoice calculation
• Invoice processing
• Records (NVS books, issued invoices, cash) reconciliation
• Processing changes related to the contract in line with contract terms (amend invoicing values as per process)
• Recharging non-IT business units when required
• Preparing forecasts of future payments considering all on-going changes in the contract
• Preparation of journal entries related to execution of contract (monthly period close process)
• Monthly reconciliations in between service fees booked and service fees that had to be booked in line with contract terms

Must Haves

• High work ethics
• Good communication skills.
• Good presentation skills (writing memos, preparing conclusions, slides)
• Good accounting knowledge and experience with execution of financial controls
• 5+ years of experience
• Experience of working in corporate environment with multiple stakeholders

Nice to Haves

• SAP knowledge is plus
• Prior client experience is a plus
