Ensure the administrative and logistical management of a research project funded by the SNSF
Organize events, coordinate suppliers, plan travel, and process expense claims
Monitor the project budget, ensure compliance, and promptly report any discrepancies
Support the principal investigator in preparing documentation, maintaining records, and drafting annual reports

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, communication, project management, or a related field
Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a scientific or academic environment
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as strong time-management abilities
Solid knowledge of financial and budget management, particularly in relation to SNSF funding
Flexibility regarding working hours depending on the project phase
Excellent command of English and at least two Swiss national languages
