Corporate Insurance Senior Manager

Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Insurance, the incumbent is responsible for:


defining, developing and directing the risk financing strategy through the transfer of company insurable risks to global international insurance and re-insurance markets, including the negotiation and administration of corporate insurance policies and programs, professional brokerage handling and management fees, claims strategies and procedures; optimizing insurance programs structure strategy placement, including but not limited to via ST's own reinsurance captive; coordinating key annual negotiations (with insurance brokers, (re)insurers and other insurance partners) about markets, insurance rates, policy wording, terms and conditions etc.; managing all global corporate insurance programs including but not limited to the issuance of local insurance policies when applicable; reviewing and implementing insurance management policies, procedures, DOS and insurance manuals when necessary.
More specifically to:


a) manage all ST global insurance programs, including but not limited to:


a.1 Property Damage and Business Interruption (PD/BI) insurance program;


a.2 General and Product Liability (G&PL) insurance program;


a.3 Directors and Officers (D&O) insurance program;


a.4 Marine and Cargo (Transports risk) insurance program;


a.5 Cyber insurance program;


a.6 Corporate Employees' Benefits (EB) insurance arrangements.


b) manage all ST's reinsurance captive operations;


c) supervise and monitor local insurance policies;


d) lead the harmonization process of local (legal entities) insurance management practices in line with the company risk/insurance management policy and procedures;


e) negotiate "Contractors and Erection All-Risks" insurance policies for "ad-hoc" construction projects;
