The Health (Insurance) industry is changing. Demographic changes increase cost pressure, customer expectations are evolving and new ecosystems, business models and start-ups are presenting opportunities and risks to the industry.
As a Senior Manager or Director, you'll advise and guide our clients to address current and future questions as they strive for market share, growth and profitability.
How you can make an impact

• Bring your Health insurance expertise to the table and advise our clients on how they should address questions related to e.g. new strategies, new products, operational excellence, ecosystem participation and innovative services
• Develop thought leadership which pinpoints the future of health insurance and acts as a value add and door opener to our clients
• Tap into your strong Health insurance network where you are recognized as a trusted advisor, to bring new opportunities and projects where we can support our clients in reaching their potential

Who we are looking for

• You bring several years of experience (ideally 5-10) in the Health insurance or Consulting industry with focus on the health market
• You have an established network spanning health insurers and potentially other health players like providers in the market
• The evolvement and future of the health insurance industry is a strong interest of yours, and you actively aim to shape and contribute to it - potentially you have already been writing thought leadership in the past
• With a "can-do" attitude, you see opportunities rather than limitations and trust your intuition to execute on self-defined tasks at hand
• You have led large projects (or multiple smaller projects in parallel) and team members in the past with a strong track record and you are regarded as a team player that paves the way through team spirit and stellar results
• You hold a university degree with a strong academic record
• Fluency in German and English, additional French skills are a plus

Your team
Our Health (insurance) Team advises and designs solutions for the health industry. We cover topics from Corporate Strategy, Cost Excellence to Ecosystem set-ups and IT strategy and implementation. As the newest addition to our diverse team, you'll support us with actively shaping the health (insurance) growth area and in guiding our clients with solutions that embrace the opportunities of tomorrow.
