We are hiring for our Zurich office, where a team of 7 is waiting to welcome a new: (Senior) Corporate Officer Key Accountabilities
Day to day administration of Swiss and Liechtenstein entities, including incorporation and liquidation of companies, drafting minutes and agreements, corporate secretarial work;
Processing payments;
Dealing with all formalities relating to bank-account openings and maintaining good relationships with banks and other third parties, on behalf of clients;
Complying with all regulations, policies and standards and contribute to an effective risk culture;
Preparation of resolutions, minutes of boards of directors and minutes of general meetings, responses to KYC requests;
Preparation of memorandums and notes on specific transactions, on important events related to the life of trusts;
Set up and onboarding of new clients; document fulfilment for KYC, onboarding, opening of bank accounts, preparation of closing binders;
Assist in the risk management process through the identification and reporting of specific risks or risks trends to Senior Management and meet all governance, risk management, controls and compliance requirements;
Ensure compliance with ZEDRA policy and procedures;
Assist with putting together hard copy files for companies and ensuring Navision is up to date and correctly populated.
Knowledge and Experience
Very good organisational and communication skills
Excellent team player, autonomous and proactive
Fluent level of English is required, Russian is a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience as a corporate officer in big 4 or a trust company in Switzerland
Experience managing Swiss legal entities (AG or GmbH)
