Communication:
Handle incoming calls, screen calls, and forward them to the appropriate personnel. Manage office correspondence, including mail and deliveries.
Administrative Support:
Maintain appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Front Desk Operations:
Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid knowledge of
italian and english
are mandatory
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain an organized workspace is crucial.
A professional attitude and appearance, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, are important for making a positive impression.
Proficiency with common office equipment (phones, printers, copiers) and software, such as the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
