Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and systems-savvy CRM Assistant to support a short-term project focused on aligning and cleansing membership data across three CRM platforms. This role is essential to ensuring data consistency, supporting accurate invoicing, and enhancing the overall member experience. CRM Assistant for 3 months
Our client is a an international organisation.
Missions
  • Conduct a comprehensive audit and reconciliation of membership data across three CRM platforms.
  • Identify and resolve inconsistencies in contact information, organizational details, and fee-related data (, turnover).
  • Design and implement a standardized data structure and merging strategy to consolidate CRM records into a unified view.
  • Engage directly with selected members to verify invoicing details, confirm account information, and address outstanding discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with members to validate organizational data (, turnover, business unit structure) and accurately document updates in the CRM.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for member inquiries related to data validation, fee structures, and membership status, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Maintain detailed communication logs and ensure all member interactions are recorded to support a transparent audit trail.
  • Partner with the Membership and Finance teams to confirm data accuracy and streamline the invoicing process.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance ongoing data integrity and CRM maintenance.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing findings, actions taken, and recommendations for future improvements.
Profil du candidat
  • Demonstrated experience working with CRM systems and managing data across multiple platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working with membership-based organizations or subscription fee models is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service orientation and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Ability to manage follow-ups independently and maintain accurate records of all member correspondence.
