The role leads the planning, creation and deployment of Pro-active Foresight reports, ensuring alignment with regional needs and integration with the Customer Foresight Digital platform. By fostering strategic collaborations with specialised external foresight partners, the Customer Foresight Programme Manager enhances the programme scope and competitive edge.

In addition, the role provides guidance and targeted engagement for the global FutureScaper community to drive effective activation of foresight in relevant customer projects.

You can be based in Naarden or Kemptthal.

You will report to the Global Marketing Manager Insights & Foresight

Works together with: Global Marketing Director, FutureScapers, Insights & Foresight Data Manager, IT (PM&U), Account Managers, Communications Directors, Creative Studio.

Your missions:

Customer Foresight Methodology and Approach (30%):

Owns continuous improvement, adaptation and evolution of the Foresight methodology, and ensures its adoption in the day-today CF projects

Ensures consistency of usage of Foresight methodology and its reflection in the Customer Foresight Digital Platform by working closely with IT team

Partners with Insights & Foresight Data Manager to define the data requirements and to feed relevant data aligned to the methodology

Drives together with FutureScapers customer engagements to ensure consistency and quality of Customer Foresight approach

Customer Foresight Reports (50%):

Manages reports calendar by aligning the needs of the regions, building and executing on annual reports release plan

Creates foresight reports in collaboration with Futurescapers

Partners with FutureScapers in rolling out Pro-Active reports

Supports selected customer projects

Provides day-to-day guidance to FutureScapers on the report adaptations

External Network Management (10%):

Works with our Foresight partners to ensure continuous enhancement of the programme

Scouts for new external collaborations and partnerships to enable our competitive age and positioning

Drives external networking and communication activities (conferences, events etc) to position Givaudan as 'owner of Foresight space' in the industry

Customer Foresight Community (10%):

Drives engagement within the community by organizing and leading roadmap of activities for FutureScapers

Maintains training learning modules for new FutureScapers, and enable FutureScapers with external trainings

Drives onboarding of new FutureScapers

Your profile:

You have a marketing and/or degree in market research and professional experience in related field of minimum 5 years in a regional or global context.

Education or experience in Foresight and design thinking is a clear benefit. CFPM needs to have a strategic mindset, commercial thinking and a certain level of creativity and out-of-box-thinking.

You have a level of seniority and influencing skills to represent in front of customers and drive decisions up to our top management.



High expertise and advanced marketing vision of food & beverages markets

Experience in Foresight and work with Futures thinking is a strong benefit (both on agency or customer side)

Consumer-driven mindset

Digitally savvy

Creative in approach, originates ideas and can sell ideas internally with support from manager

Experiences in community management and building

Comfortable interacting with diversity of groups, both functional and geographical in a fast-paced environment

Ability to navigate a matrix and global environment

Confident in a technical innovation environment

Solid oral and written communication ability and presentation skills in English
