Diese wichtige Schnittstellenfunktion beinhaltet sowohl die Zustandigkeit fur die gesamte Sales- und Customer Service Auftragsabwicklung als auch die damit verbundene Administration und Koordination.
Die Haupttatigkeiten in dieser Rolle beinhalten:Gesamte Auftragsabwicklung im Bereich der Kundenauftrage (Einlasten, Auftragsbestatigung, Lieferschein, Rechnungen, Versand) Bearbeitung von Internen Auftragen (exkl. Reparaturen, Retrofits, Reklamationen) Koordination, Erstellung und Ausfuhrung von Offerten (SUP) Statusubersichten Kennzahlenpflege Kundenstamm und Artikelstammdatenpflege Betreuung von Akkreditivsendungen Info E-Mail (1. Stellvertretung)

Anforderungen:Kaufmannische Ausbildung mit technischem Verstandnis Selbstandige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit Durchsetzungsfahigkeit IT-Anwenderkenntnisse, INFOR-Kenntnisse von Vorteil Engagierte, motivierte, interdisziplinar denkende Mitarbeiterpersonlichkeit Hohe Kundenorientierung und Eigeninitiative Kostenbewusst und zielorientiert Kommunikativ und teamfahig Belastbar und flexibel Unternehmensloyalitat und Bereitschaft Besonderes zu leisten
