SIKA (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD established in 1978 is a wholly owned company of Sika AG in Switzerland and a member of the Sika Group of Companies.
The principal activities of the company are manufacturing, trading, and supply of specialty construction chemicals in the building and construction industry.
Over the years we have successfully established our technical assistance, services, and product solutions for various projects in different sectors.
1.Coordinate and support the sales activities of the Sales Division.
2.Coordinate incoming orders and deliveries to customers with:
i)Production Department
ii)Delivery Department
3.Process credit note/debit note if necessary.
4..Coordination for every delivery order with different transporter and different driver.
5.To assist the Customer Service Manager.
6.To carry out reception duties during lunch hours on rotation basis.
7Identify complaint and reporting to concerned department for guidance and assistance.
8..Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
O Level or related qualification
Computer literate
Experience with SAP is an advantage
