Customer Service Representative
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
Independently managing operational tasks related to account maintenance
Managing and processing credit card requests
Reviewing and supporting customers in cases of credit denial
Your Profile
We are looking for proactive individuals who enjoy interacting with people and working with numbers. We also expect the following qualifications:
Commercial training or equivalent
Native Italian speaker or excellent spoken and written Italian
Excellent spoken and written French (mandatory)
Good knowledge of German and experience in customer service are considered a plus
