For our site in Cham, Switzerland, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.

The Customer Service Representative will report to the Customer Service Manager.

The Role:

Main Responsibilities :

• Contract Billing: Understanding a of contractual agreement to identify the established milestones, track the completion of the defined activities and issue the associated invoices.
• Contract Review (customer orders receiving, data check and orders loading into the system)
• Expediting: monitoring of whole orders process (from order entry to delivery)
• Monitoring of shipment dates in order to respect what agreed with clients
• Monitoring of shipment dates in order to respect monthly invoicing
• Daily updating of data / information in the software, according to the internal procedures (OTD)
• Monitoring of raw materials and components of clients\\xe2\\x80\\x99 property (arrival into the plant and eventual storage in our warehouse)
• Assistance and continuous interaction with \\xe2\\x80\\x9cinternal customers\\xe2\\x80\\x9d, such as Planning, R&D, QA, QC, Warehouse, Shipping Department, Administration Department,..
• Assistance to external customers
• Loading and verification of customers forecast according to procedure in place (S&OP)
• Common and standard archive management
• Other duties as assigned

The Candidate:

• Bachelor degree preferred, but not mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and contract billing
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship building skills
• Flexibility is a must
• Proactive, able to look for solutions and solve problems
• Analytical thinking
• Motivated, willing to develop, grow and learn
• Experience in pharma is a plus, but not mandatory
