With 50,000 offer requests in 2024, Houzy is on track to become the largest referral platform for trades and services related to real estate.
As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for an 80% (part-time) Customer Service Representative to join our Swiss-German customer service team based in Nyon

Tasks
Your Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction
• Follow up on client requests
• Implement, monitor, and ensure high-quality service levels
• Collaborate with sales and management teams
• Communicate proactively and positively to resolve issues
• Participate in company-wide projects

Requirements
Your Profile

• Strong verbal and telephone communication skills
• Team spirit and initiative
• Energetic, independent, and sociable
• English is essential, French is a plus
• Good command of IT tools
• Knowledge of the construction sector is an advantage
• Excellent spelling and writing skills in both languages
