Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of our smart self-storage solutions all over Europe.
Because we value results over fixed locations, we offer a geographically flexible working model with the option to work from your home office. To ensure the highest level of service across our international projects, you should also bring a willingness to travel occasionally to meet our partners and oversee implementations on-site.
In this position, you will fully engage with our customers, taking their needs seriously and ensuring they feel understood. Your responsibilities encompass project setup and quality management (QM) during implementation, logistics coordination, and proactive status communication. You will also drive continuous feedback loops and provide dedicated support, all aimed at achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
