We offer everything related to homeownership - from property search, financing, insurance, and maintenance to selling. With 50,000 offer requests in 2024, Houzy is on track to become the largest referral platform for trades and services related to real estate. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Development (Co-)Lead to shape and drive our technological strategy. Tasks Your Responsibilities Support and management of partner companies in the German-speaking part of Switzerland Telephone and written communication with our partners Selling and renewing partnership contracts Identifying upselling opportunities and managing new contracts Handling complaints and independently resolving issues Ensuring and optimizing existing processes to increase revenue Enhancing partner satisfaction Processing contracts in our CRM system Carrying out administrative tasks Communicating and sharing knowledge with the Head of Partner Management and the team in Romandy Requirements Your Profile Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Team-oriented, proactive, and dynamic with a flexible working style Goal-oriented, assertive, and well-organized Fluent in German (spoken and written), with business-level English required. French is a strong asset.
