Position: Customer Support Representative (Dutch Speaking)
Location: Santos, Lisbon - Portugal

Schedule: Rotative shifts, Monday to Saturday, 08:00-20:00

We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team in Santos (Lisbon). The role involves providing customer support.
Requirements:
Dutch (fluent/native level)
English at least B2 level
Good communication skills
Availability to work rotating shifts
Salary & Benefits:
Base salary: EUR1,400 gross (no experience required)
Possible signing bonus up to EUR2,500 (gross)
Full-time contract
Paid training
Relocation Package (if applicable):
Support with NIF and NISS
Assistance in finding accommodation
Relocation bonus: EUR2,500 gross (paid with first payroll)
EUR1,500 gross for candidates relocating within Portugal (100 km+ from Lisbon)
Documents Required:
EU ID or Residence Card
Certificate of Protection (issued after March 2022)
