Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced

D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Solution Architect

to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions for Switzerland-based projects. You will act as the architectural authority, ensuring solutions align with business requirements, Microsoft best practices, and long-term platform strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

end-to-end solution architecture

for D365 F&O implementations and upgrades Translate business requirements into

scalable, high-quality D365 solutions

Define system architecture covering

functional design, integrations, data migration, security, and reporting

Ensure architectural governance and adherence to

Microsoft best practices

Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and delivery teams Support delivery across

design, build, test, deployment, and post-go-live

phases Act as the escalation point for complex solution or design challenges Guide and mentor functional consultants and technical teams Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a

D365 F&O Solution Architect

or senior D365 F&O lead Strong functional expertise in

D365 Finance

(SCM / Manufacturing a plus) Solid understanding of D365 F&O architecture, including: Extension-based development (X++) Lifecycle Services (LCS) Azure DevOps Data Management Framework (DMF) Security and role-based access control Experience designing and delivering

integrations

(Azure, Power Platform, APIs, Logic Apps) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working on

enterprise or multinational implementations

Fluent English required;

German and/or French is an advantage

Nice to Have

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications Experience with Swiss or European regulatory environments Power Platform or Azure integration experience Consulting or systems integrator background Multi-legal-entity or global rollout experience
