Remote | Portugal - Relocation Support for EU-Citizens
Full-time | Monday-Friday (08:00-17:00)
Base Salary: EUR1,500 x 14 months + bonuses & allowances

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all interactions.
What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Accurately document interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the customer journey
• Stay up to date with products, services, and policies to provide accurate information

What we're looking for

• Danish (C1) written and spoken
• English (B2) level
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a call-center environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset

Compensation Details

• Base Salary: EUR1,500 x 14 months (gross)
• Complexity Bonus: EUR80 x 11 months
• Meal Allowance: EUR7.63 per working day
• Position Bonus (Braga): EUR20 x 12 months

Welcome Bonus (Attendance-Based)

• Paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year
• Conditional on <6% unjustified absenteeism in the previous month
• Not part of fixed salary
