Data Analyst
As part of the IT Development COO Team within the Technology & Operations (T&O) unit, you will play a key role in transforming operational data into actionable insights. The COO team oversees the development project portfolio of our banking platform, budget monitoring, supplier management, and external staff onboarding. We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to strengthen our capabilities in data-driven decision-making and process optimization. You will report to the IT Development COO.

YOUR ROLE
Data Integration & AnalysisCollect and consolidate data from internal systems (financial, HR, procurement, project management) via APIs or direct extraction
Develop and maintain analytical models and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and others
Process OptimizationAnalyze and improve operational processes across IT Development
Build tools and prototypes to streamline administrative workflows
Automation & Tool ManagementCollaborate with IT teams to automate data flows (API, ETL)
Administer and enhance tools supporting our processes (e.g., PPM tool)
Reporting & DocumentationProduce ad hoc analyses for senior management
Document data models, workflows, and process improvements
YOUR PROFILEBachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems or related fields
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL; Python or R will be highly appreciated
Experience in an agile or IT environment will be highly appreciated
Ability to understand business challenges and structure data accordingly, as well as the ability to translate technical insights into actionable ideas
Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Rigorous, analytical and autonomous mindset
Fluent in both French and English
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
