Data Analyst (m/f/d)

Job Description

For our client in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Data Analyst (Try & Hire after 3 months).
Your Responsabilities:

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support business functions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
Support data-driven decision-making through clear visualizations and storytelling
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality checks

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics)
Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role
Strong SQL skills; experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Familiarity with Python or R
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data in simple terms
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
