For our customer we are currently looking for a: Test Management Services and Coordination for LDC (PMO) (m/f/d)
Duration: asap-31.03.26
Locaton: remote
Contract: Freelance, when based in CH also possible to get employed by us (swiss payroll)
Tasks & Responsibilities
Provide management services and coordination for LDC Operations in the area of Test Management within LDC and with its integration to 3rd party applications.
Following services are needed:
4.1 PMO Test management (light), including coordination test plan finalization, coordination of test preparation, facilitate communication technical teams, functional teams, and business stakeholders.
2 deliverables, each including:
Updated test plan of respective next test phase in respective tools (limited to scope) End of months 07/2025 & 08/2025
Deliverables are available in MS Teams
Relevant changes are aligned with Novartis Lead
Data quality checks have been performed
4.2 PMO Test management, including coordination test plan finalization, coordination of test preparation, coordination of test execution, defect tracking, monitor test progress, risk and issues and overall quality metrics, facilitate communication technical teams, functional teams, and business stakeholders.
7 deliverables, each including:
Updated test plan of respective next test phase in respective tools (limited to scope)
Updated test status End of each month (09/2025 - 03/2026)
Deliverables are available in MS Teams
Relevant changes are aligned with Novartis Lead
Data quality checks have been performed
