Tasks:

Play a key role in the successful delivery of compliance and regulatory projects Lead and manage projects end-to-end with a hands-on approach Define project plans, timelines, goals, and deliverables Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements Oversee project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure effective implementation Coordinate testing and quality assurance with business units and stakeholders Manage the go-live process and ensure a smooth transition to operations Monitor project progress, assess post-go-live impact, and identify improvement opportunities Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance effectiveness

Requirements:

Completed vocational training or a comparable degree in a business, economic, or technical field 3-5 years of experience in project delivery, ideally within a compliance, regulatory, or risk-related environment Solid understanding of compliance frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices Proven track record in driving process improvements and optimizing workflows Familiarity with compliance systems, tools, and technologies is a plus Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
