As a Delivery Supervisor (m/f/d), you are a high-performing, energetic member of the leadership team in your market. You report to the Store/Area Manager and are responsible for the flawless execution of operations at your location while meeting all targets. In this role, your focus will be to craft a memorable customer experience by leading a team dedicated to mastering product knowledge, financing alternatives, trade-in processes, seamless delivery, as well as vehicle preparation and operations.

What You'll Do
Business Operations
Company Performance: Your daily work includes collaborating with the management team to communicate and implement the vision, business requirements, and strategies at your location.
Continuous Improvement: You provide a hands-on perspective to challenge and advise the Store Manager on strategic and personnel-related decisions.
People Management: Take a practical approach by consistently coaching, training, and developing Tesla Delivery Advisors and Vehicle Readiness Specialists at your location.
Operational Excellence: You maintain oversight of business operations and translate business requirements into on-site actions.
Daily Business: Ensure your team can achieve key sales targets, including - but not limited to - vehicle deliveries, swift customer contact after order is placed, maintaining a healthy and up-to-date pipeline with frequent follow-ups and carrying out all other pre-delivery activities to ensure smooth deliveries and high CSAT scores.
Building and Maintaining Sustainable Customer Relationships
Customer Service: You are responsible for ensuring that all employees provide every customer with a first-class experience and that collaboration with store management and the operations team runs smoothly during key events or activities.
Customer Support and Advice: In cases of customer escalation, you can quickly and effectively manage the situation and support your team with complex customer issues, making decisions in the best interest of the customer while supporting Tesla's mission.
Cost Management: You assist the Store Manager in controlling store expenses and actively seek continuous cost-reduction opportunities.
Site Presentation: You also ensure that facility maintenance and showroom presentation meet brand standards.
Employee Engagement and Development
Coaching: Continuous coaching and mentoring of employees, and fostering a team culture you promote daily, are a major part of your role.
Feedback Culture: You provide your Store/Area Manager with well-founded feedback and input on the performance of Tesla Advisors in your market to ensure team growth.
Policies and Regulations: Recruit staff as needed and ensure that all employees comply with Tesla's policies and procedures.
What You'll Bring
Experience: For this role, you have a strong sales track record and understanding of the business and products, as well as proven experience in coaching and mentoring within sales or operational functions.
Language Skills: You are a strong communicator with fluent French and good English skills (German is a plus but not required).
Eligibility: You have a valid work permit to live and work in Germany and have held a valid EU driver's license for at least 2 years.
Flexibility: You are willing to work evenings and weekends when needed.
