Job Description

We are seeking a Desk Side Support Engineer based in Zurich. Below is a detailed description of the scope. Kindly share strong and relevant profiles with at least 3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end technical support for Executive and VIP users across devices, applications, and collaboration tools. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues with speed and accuracy. Closely collaborate with our external Service desk partners. Prepare and support executive meetings, conferences, and remote sessions, ensuring seamless operation of AV, conferencing, and presentation technologies. Proactively monitor systems and user environments to prevent issues before they occur. Manage technology setups, upgrades, migrations, and onboarding for VIP users (closely work with our external . Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, ensuring clear updates and a high-touch service experience. Always handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong technical proficiency across Windows, macOS, mobile platforms, M365, collaboration tools, and networking fundamentals. Proven experience supporting senior executives or VIP users in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills. Ability to prioritize, act with urgency, and consistently deliver high-quality support. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. High proficiency in English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with executive-level stakeholders.
