Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain our technology infrastructure across multiple locations. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of hardware and software including Install, Move, Add, Change, and Disposal (IMACD) ensuring seamless operations within our logistics, warehouse, and office environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Infrastructure & Network Support (IMACD)
Network & Connectivity: Maintain LAN/WAN environments and Wireless Access Points, with a specific focus on high-availability logistics and warehouse areas.
Cabling: Manage all IT building cabling, including specialized warehouse wireless setups.
Servers & Cloud: Provide technical support within Azure (Cloudification projects) and VMWare (On-premise) environments.
Backup Management: Ensure robust data backups for all on-premises servers and services.
2. Hardware & Device Management
End-User Computing: Support ThinkPads and various "out-of-scope" onsite devices critical to logistics.
Printing Solutions: Maintain and troubleshoot Ricoh and Lexmark (IPDS) printer fleets.
Logistics Visuals: Manage onsite screens providing real-time "Just-in-Time" goods movement data to employees.
Telephony: Support MS Teams telephony, softphones, and Genesys integration.
3. Specialized Systems & Retail Support
AS/400 (OS/400): Conduct operational reviews and support for the SCHELUX1 environment, serving as a critical interface for local applications.
Taste Galleries (TG): Provide hardware support for video walls, iPads, and specialized local hardware across 9 gallery locations.
Point of Sale (POS): Manage and troubleshoot local cash register solutions.
Technical Requirements
Platforms: Azure Cloud, VMWare, AS/400 (OS/400).
Hardware: Lenovo ThinkPads, Ricoh/Lexmark Printers, Cisco/Aruba Access Points.
Tools: MS Teams Telephony, Genesys, and modern Backup solutions.
Environment: Experience in high-pressure logistics/warehouse IT environments is highly preferred.
Project Coordination
You will work in close coordination with the Local IT Team, the Infrastructure Team, and the Field Support Office (FSO) in Zurich to ensure all activities align with corporate requirements and service catalogs.

Pay: CHF60'500.00 - CHF65'000.00 per year
