DevOps Engineer
Candidates from the EU who are willing to relocate to Switzerland are welcome. Experis IT is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join the team of a well established Swiss company. Contract duration: 04/08/2025 to 03/08/2026
Your Responsibilities:

• Advise and support business colleagues throughout the entire solution lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation, testing and go live.
• Deliver business requirements in an agile and efficient manner with continuous quality improvement
• Optimize processes through innovative automation to increase development efficiency
• Ensure security by following and enforcing security guidelines
• Develop solutions based on principles of reusability, resilience, and scalability
• Collaborate closely with software architects and agile teams to realize the product vision
• Work within an international, distributed team using the SAFe framework
• Split your time approximately 70% on development and 30% on operations

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow or a similar service management and business process platform
• Experience with web services, web technologies, modern software patterns, current security standards, and scripting (preferably JavaScript and JSON)
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies
• Team player with an ownership mindset, flexibility, proactiveness and eagerness to learn and experiment
• Enthusiastic about working in a distributed agile environment using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Very good communication skills in English

Nice to Have:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Experience with ServiceNow modules CSM and PPM
