To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and teamoriented individual for the business area Group Functions at the Flamatt site as a
Director Consolidation & Financial Reporting 80-100%

In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.
What you will do:

• Responsible for planning and coordination of the Comet Group's external financial reporting in accordance with IFRS
• Preparation of finance-related presentations for management, the Board of Directors, and annual press conferences
• Performing closing tasks such as impairment tests, monitoring IC profit elimination, assessing actuarial reports (IAS 19), etc.
• Act as deputy for the Senior Director Group Accounting and monitor the monthly closing tasks
• Management of projects in Group Accounting (including implementation of new accounting standards, M&A activities, etc.)

What you bring:

• Completed business administration degree from a university/university of applied sciences, completed training as a certified public accountant or expert in accounting and controlling is an advantage
• Expertise in accounting and external reporting
• Experience and strong interest in accounting topics (IFRS)
• Affinity and enjoyment in working with ERP/IT systems (including SAP FI, Hyperion)
• Very good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
