10+ years in data center or building controls, energy management, and leading high-performing teams.

Technical Authority:

Deep expertise in BMS, DCIM, PLC programming, and system integration.

Strategic Mindset:

Strong analytical skills, energy modeling experience, and ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.

Visionary Approach:

Passion for sustainability and technology-driven transformation.

Education:

Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering (Master's preferred).
