Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a clear vision for the IREF & HVAC business, aligned with market trends and company objectives.
Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand our systems and services footprint across Switzerland and beyond.
Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless execution of new installations and service projects, maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, partners, authorities, and internal stakeholders to support long-term success.

Required profile:
Your Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Proven leadership experience in the HVAC and/or industrial refrigeration sector-or a comparable technical industry-with strong expertise in project management, service, or engineering
Strategic mindset with sound decision-making capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
Strong financial and business acumen
Fluency in German and English is required; French is an advantage.
Willingness to travel across Switzerland and internationally as needed.
