We are looking for a Document Process Coordinator to support the Senior Accountant with documentation management and analysis.
Main responsibilities/tasks:
Analysis of large volumes data Updating internal compliance paperwork Audit preparation work (e.g. preparing audit evidence) Variance analysis Going through the open transactions and cleaning where required Preparing Balance Sheet reconciliation documentation Assist with improving systems Reviewing various reports Developing documentation process Developing internal controls Going through all of the corporate card expenses and comparing them to the internal tools looking for double claiming, etc.
