My duties and responsibilities will include:


Offer transfers from and to the airports (Genevea and Zurich mainly but not exclusively) and nearby training station (including but not only Sierre and Sion) Deliver and pick-up guest luggage and request items according to the standards and procedures in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure proper transfer of guests when requested and escort guests accordingly throughout the resort. Load and unload vehicles on arrival and departure of guests and assist guests entering and exiting the vehicles. Maintain the cleanliness of the resort vehicles and ensure they are in good working condition. Offer assistance to guests when requested. Coordinate with departments for transfer related issues and assist guests with transfers to and from the hotel if needed. Ensure a timely and efficient transfer of guests' luggage. Provide a safe and comfortable journey for all guests. Report any illness, accidents and irregularities to the HR Supervisor. Maintain an accurate working knowledge of the area, routes and directions. Bring immediately to the Security any item(s) left behind from guests. Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene. Knowledge of all safety, security and emergency procedures related to my position in line with brand and statutory requirements. Ensure the privacy of guests, partners and residential owners, I will apply an extra level of protection to any sensitive personal data and use confidential information only to perform my job. Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition. Upsell all resort facilities and activities. Attend meetings and training as required. Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards. Perform any additional tasks given to me by supervisor/management.


To execute the Driver, I confirm that I have the required qualifications and at least two years' experience in a similar or greater role.




A Swiss driver's license for Taxis is also required.
