The eCoE is focusing on three areas delivering a high-level of financial expertise, innovative insights, and an entrepreneurial mindset that enables agility and flexibility for stakeholders. The eCoE is a talent engine for Finance through capability and network building. There are three focus areas within eCoE:

Financial Backbone Digital Innovation Analytics and Insights

As a member of the eCoE you will bring leadership and a strong technical expertise together with the ability to work in a self-aligning team with minimal hierarchy. You will be a catalyst for the Finance transformation and work effectively as an influencer, and leaning in as coach and catalyst to the Finance network as needed. You have a passion to pilot new approaches and constructively challenge the status quo. You can tolerate ambiguity.


As the Pharma Technical Operations (PT) Financial Analyst, and in collaboration with the PT FP&A Lead, you will be accountable for the overall planning process (MTO, BP, T0) of the PT organisation, ensuring high-quality robust planning data and analytics. You will partner with all PT functions and represent the eCoE within the PT network, as well as with Group and Division stakeholders, working closely on matters impacting the PT financial results and the system and operating model. In your role as PT TM1 Product Owner, you will manage stakeholder engagement with Roche IT while leading a small team of developers to deliver system enhancements and operational support. In addition, you will be the key partner providing analytics and insights to the PT Manufacturing network (PTM and PTN) and Finance Leads. Finally, you will take the role of PT OBC Catalyst, supporting the PT OBC Enablers in the operational management of the team and the OBC's work packages, as well as representing the PT OBC within the eCoE Catalyst community.

Who you are:

A university degree in Finance/Accounting, with 5+ years of relevant work experience (PT experience is a plus) Digital savviness and eagerness to develop your personal journey on the space (TM1 and SAC experience are a strong plus) Solid understanding of finance processes & systems, coupled with strong analytical skills Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions Ability to seamlessly shift between high-level strategic perspectives and detailed, granular analysis depending on context Highly independent, entrepreneurial and engaged finance professional that can navigate dynamic, often ambiguous and rapidly changing environments Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to work under tight timelines and adaptable to changing priorities Effective written and verbal communication skills, including with senior stakeholders Ability to drive outcomes by combining collaborative teamwork with the capacity to influence and shape decisions across teams and networks
