What to Expect


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Program Manager, Entity Governance to oversee governance processes for our legal entities across EMEA. You will accelerate governance excellence across EMEA's legal entities, aligning our business with evolving regulatory standards, internal policies and bold business strategies. With a keen eye on corporate governance frameworks, operational risks, and cross-border compliance, you will manage end-to-end workflows via our in-house developed entity governance tool.

This role can be based in either Amsterdam, Netherlands or Lausanne, Switzerland.

What You'll Do

Monitor and guide management in executing governance actions across EMEA entities, leveraging your experience to ensure seamless implementation Proactively detect governance risks, gaps, and escalation points, collaborating with business and functional teams to mitigate them effectively Align governance actions with strategic priorities and entity-specific operational needs, optimizing long-term resilience Entity Review Preparation - Compile business data, regulatory requirements, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities, drawing on your analytical expertise to deliver comprehensive insights Lead and facilitate high-impact governance review meetings with stakeholders from business units, legal, finance, compliance, and other functions, fostering collaborative decision-making Optimize Governance Reviews: Leverage internal tools for efficient planning, action tracking, and stakeholder reporting, while ensuring discussions balance entity-specific compliance with global standards and promote standardization where feasible Advance Governance Program Development: Leverage mid-level expertise to drive continuous enhancements in processes, standards, and templates; identify cross-entity patterns, emerging risks, and opportunities for simplification or standardization; and evolve the framework with innovative solutions to adapt to new jurisdictions, regulations, or business models, ensuring future-proof operations

What You'll Bring

Experience in program or project management, preferably in governance, compliance, or risk management, with a proven track record of delivering results in complex environments. Strong analytical skills to interpret governance and compliance trends, translating them into practical, high-impact recommendations Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional stakeholder management, building consensus, and driving outcomes Solid understanding of corporate governance frameworks, compliance obligations, and entity-level regulatory requirements across EMEA Legal, Governance, or Compliance-related qualification is preferred Proficiency in distilling complex governance data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences, from executives to operational teams Adaptability to navigate entity-specific nuances while upholding global standards Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills to influence and collaborate effectively
