About the Role

Senior Program Manager

- Data, Analytics & AI

to lead strategic initiatives that enable smarter decisions and innovation across all global functions. Acting as a bridge between strategic business objectives and execution, you'll ensure programs deliver measurable impact, align with priorities, and foster a data-driven culture across the organization.

A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of data, analytics, and AI programs - from business case development to successful implementation. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps. Define scope, objectives, and success metrics for strategic initiatives in collaboration with business leaders, IT, Data & Analytics teams. Maintain a holistic view of the data, analytics & AI portfolio, ensuring timely execution within budget and quality standards. Drive prioritization and resource allocation across programs, resolving conflicts and managing dependencies. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements. Support change management and upskilling initiatives to promote a data-driven culture.

EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills

What we require:

10+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation. 3-5 years of program or project management experience. Proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide data, analytics or AI programs. Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics platforms, and AI technologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with modern data governance frameworks. Fluency in English. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

What we desire

PMP Certification. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies. German is a strong plus.
