What Youll Do

Own and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 for procurement, supply chain, and production planning processes Translate operational needs into functional solutions inside the ERP system Partner with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 modules to support day-to-day operations Train and support end-users, ensuring the system is fully adopted and used to its potential Drive process improvement by leveraging system capabilities, reporting, and automation Act as the go-to functional expert for Dynamics 365 in the operational environment

Requirements

What You'll Need

Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally in supply chain, procurement, or production planning Strong understanding of operational business processes within manufacturing Ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations Experience in ERP implementation, optimization, or rollout projects is a plus Problem-solving mindset and capacity to manage multiple priorities Fluency in English, German is a benefit Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
