Your role
As additional support for our team in Fribourg, we look for a new colleague woman or man as Event Attendant paid by the hour and on call.
The average employment level of 3% depends on the number of events and personal flexibility.
In this function you are in charge of the reception and the customer service at different events such as client events, press conferences or events of third parties in exposures of UBS. You support the event manager and contribute significantly to the smooth and safe proceeding of an event.

The Event Attendants are a motivated and dynamic team working across different regions in Switzerland. Together, we actively support each other at exciting regional events, creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. We are part of the Group Functions business unit, which covers a wide range of logistical services.

Fluent in French and English, German and further language skills desirable
