Our dedicated and renowned Deal Transformation and Post-Merger Integration Team supports our corporate and private equity clients with mastering and creating value from Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures, Carve-outs. Our leading team of experts provide integration and separation advisory with in-depth functional expertise in areas such as finance, commercial, supply chain, and technology. We are complemented by our Deloitte Strategy, Risk, and Transaction practice, where we support our clients on end-to-end M&A advisory, including corporate finance, modelling, valuations, and transaction services. We also work hand-in-hand with our colleagues from Strategy and Business Design, Sustainability Strategy & Transformation, and Risk, Regulatory, and Forensics.
How you will make an impact

• Lead Integration and Separation Projects: Adopt a forward-looking approach and tailor methodologies to client situations in complex M&A separations and integrations.
• Project Scope and Delivery: Define, plan, and execute project scope, manage expectations, and timelines with clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Analytical Solutions: Provide strategic insights and advanced analytical solutions, assess complex problems, and support decision-making.
• Client Relationships: Navigate clients across Deloitte's offerings, maintain strong relationships, and identify further opportunities.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Lead conversations with client CXOs, convert innovative ideas into tangible solutions, and become the client's go-to contact for recommendations.

Who we are looking for

• Fluent German and English language skills (French & Italian a plus)
• On Demand/ Hourly paid position
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, or related fields, with significant experience in business strategy and M&A
• 8+ years relevant M&A experience in a related field, either in consulting or industry roles
• Extensive experience in the financial services industry, especially in insurance
