We're Hiring: Event Manager (Hands-On Role)

The Goodlife Coffee is looking for a dynamic and proactive Event Manager to join our team! This is not just a planning role you'll organize, attend, and actively work at events, bringing The Goodlife Coffee experience to life.

What You'll Do:

Identify and secure new event opportunities to showcase The Goodlife Coffee. Plan and manage events from start to finish, including setup and breakdown. Be hands-on during events, serving coffee, engaging with guests, and ensuring smooth operations. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams. Manage event inventory, supplies, and promotional materials. Maintain an event calendar and provide post-event reports. Act as a brand ambassador, creating memorable experiences for our customers.
What We're Looking For:

Experience in event management or coordination (required). Barista or coffee experience is a strong plus we want someone who can represent our coffee culture! Energetic, hands-on, and comfortable working during events (evenings/weekends included). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Creative thinker with an eye for promotional opportunities. A driver's license (preferred) for event logistics is a plus.
