The Total Rewards Leader for Electrification Systems and Software plays a leadership role in shaping, governing, and executing global compensation and total rewards strategies across two high-growth business segments of GE Vernova. This leader will serve as a strategic advisor to the Electrification Systems and Software Segment HR Leadership Teams and the Global Total Rewards COE, driving a unified rewards philosophy that accelerates transformation, talent growth, and organizational performance.

This role demands a balance of strategic vision, operational excellence, and external insight to craft competitive, equitable, and sustainable reward solutions. The role partners closely with segment Finance, HR, and Business leadership to ensure reward strategies align with business priorities, M&A integration imperatives, and financial performance objectives.

This position reports to the Global Head of Total Rewards, with a strong matrix partnership to the segment HR and business leadership teams.



Le/la Responsable Total Rewards pour les divisions Electrification Systems et Electrification Software joue un role cle dans la definition, la gouvernance et la mise en oeuvre des strategies mondiales de remuneration et de reconnaissance au sein de deux segments a forte croissance de GE Vernova.

Ce/ette leader agit comme conseiller strategique aupres des equipes RH de chaque segment et du Centre d'Excellence Global Total Rewards, en promouvant une philosophie de remuneration unifiee favorisant la transformation, le developpement des talents et la performance organisationnelle.

La fonction requiert un equilibre entre vision strategique, rigueur operationnelle et comprehension du marche externe, afin de concevoir des programmes de remuneration competitifs, equitables et durables. Le role implique une collaboration etroite avec les equipes Finance, RH et Direction Generale des segments pour garantir l'alignement des politiques de remuneration avec les priorites business, les imperatifs d'integration post-acquisition et les objectifs financiers.

Ce poste releve du/de la Directeur(trice) Global(e) Total Rewards, avec un fort partenariat matriciel avec les equipes RH et dirigeants des segments concernes.

Key Responsibilities



Lead the total rewards agenda across both Electrification Systems and Electrification Software segments--primarily covering Compensation and Annual Incentive plan. Shape and execute a cohesive compensation strategy aligned with the company's transformation, growth, and digitalization goals. Serve as a trusted advisor to segment HRLTs Oversee total rewards due diligence, design, and integration for M&A activities within the two segments--including organization design, harmonization of job architectures, and transition of compensation and benefits programs. Oversee annual and off-cycle compensation planning processes--budgeting, merit, incentives, and promotions--for all levels, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment to business outcomes. Drive simplification, standardization, and digital enablement across compensation and benefits operations. Lead external benchmarking, market intelligence, and workforce analytics to guide proactive talent and compensation decisions. Monitor global and regional regulatory trends, adapting programs to maintain compliance and competitiveness across multiple geographies. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team supporting both segments; coach and mentor TR professionals to strengthen technical, analytical, and consultative capabilities. Drive capability-building across HRBPs and business leaders to strengthen rewards acumen and decision-making. Partner with the Corporate Total Rewards COE to ensure consistent policy governance and alignment of segment programs with enterprise frameworks. Collaborate across HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment of pay philosophy, internal equity, and external competitiveness. Support communication and change management for total rewards initiatives, ensuring transparency and employee understanding globally.

Qualifications



Extensive progressive experience in global Total Rewards leadership roles across complex, matrixed, and multinational organizations. Proven expertise in executive compensation, global mobility, M&A integration, and compensation governance. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business priorities into impactful reward strategies. Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and change leadership skills. Experience leading distributed teams and partnering across regions and functions.

: budgets, augmentations, primes, promotions - en veillant a l'equite, a la transparence et a l'alignement avec la performance business. Promouvoir la

simplification

des processus de remuneration et d'avantages. Mener les

analyses de marche, etudes de benchmark

et travaux d'analytique RH pour orienter les decisions proactives en matiere de talents et de remuneration. Assurer la veille sur les

reglementations internationales et regionales

, en adaptant les politiques pour garantir conformite et competitivite dans chaque zone geographique. Constituer et developper une

equipe performante Total Rewards

, en accompagnant les collaborateurs dans le renforcement de leurs competences techniques, analytiques et de conseil. Renforcer la capacite des

HR Business Partners

et des managers a prendre des decisions eclairees en matiere de remuneration. Collaborer avec le

Centre d'Excellence Corporate Total Rewards

afin d'assurer la coherence des politiques et l'alignement entre programmes de segment et cadres de gouvernance d'entreprise. Travailler en synergie avec les equipes RH, Finance et Juridique pour garantir la coherence entre la philosophie de remuneration, l'equite interne et la competitivite externe. Conduire la

communication et la gestion du changement

autour des initiatives Total Rewards afin d'assurer clarte, transparence et comprehension a l'echelle mondiale.

Profil recherche / Qualifications



Experience confirmee et progressive dans des postes de

leadership Total Rewards

a l'echelle mondiale, au sein d'organisations complexes, matricielles et multinationales. Maitrise averee des domaines suivants :

remuneration des dirigeants, mobilite internationale, integration post-M&A

et gouvernance des politiques de remuneration. Vision strategique et capacite a traduire les priorites business en strategies de remuneration a fort impact. Excellentes aptitudes d'influence, de gestion de parties prenantes et de conduite du changement. Experience averee dans la

direction d'equipes distribuees

et la collaboration transverse entre regions et fonctions.
