Expert Lead / Head Group IT Data and Integration 100% (w/m)
The Expert Lead / Head Group IT Data & Integration is accountable for the definition and execution of the Komax Group's data architecture and end-to-end process & system integration strategy and roadmap. The position plays an instrumental role in achieving group wide operational productivity, data quality improvements and enhancing existing and future digital services towards Komax customers. The role works closely with the Group IT leadership peers (Engineering, Supply Chain & Finance, Sales, Marketing & Services) as well the IT Integration & BI/Analytics Team.
Your tasks:

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Komax Group's Data Architecture & Management that supports scalability, interoperability, and business agility across platforms and domains.
  • Serve as the executive owner for Data Architecture, Data Governance, and Master Data Management across the Group.
  • Collaborate closely with other IT leadership team members to accelerate end-to-end business process digitalization and integration.
  • Establish a strong collaboration, shared strategy, roadmap and objectives with the IT Data Management & Integration Platforms Team (13 FTE).
  • Define and enforce policies, standards, and controls for master data domains (materials, customers, suppliers, products, employees, etc.).
  • Establish, maintain and enforce the enterprise data model, data governance frameworks, policies and standards to ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Oversee Stibo STEP (MDM/PIM) as the Group's core master data platform as well as the enterprise Data Warehouse landscape to support scalable, historized, and time-variant data structures, enabling robust trend analysis, auditability, and longitudinal reporting across business domains.
  • Support the design of a scalable integration architectures, including APIs, event-driven models, and middleware platforms to enable seamless data flow between systems.
  • Support the strategic implementation of the enterprise integration platforms, including SAP Cloud Integration (CI), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and Azure Integration Services to enable secure, scalable, and real-time as well as batch-based data exchange across hybrid and cloud environments.
  • Support the implementation of future-oriented data and analytics solutions leveraging Azure, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric.
Your profile:
  • Above 10-15 years total professional experience in enterprise IT within a global or multi-site environment.
  • 7+ years in Data Architecture, Data Governance, or Master Data Management roles.
  • 5+ years in Integration Architecture or enterprise-wide systems integration.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, or discrete production strongly preferred
  • Experience in the following technologies a plus: SAP ERP, Salesforce, CIM-DB, BTP Integration Suite, Stibo STEP, Microsoft Fabrics
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, or a related technical field. Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline required.
  • MBA or MAS in Digital Transformation / Enterprise Architecture is a plus
  • Certifications: CDMP, CDP, DCAM, TOGAF or equivalent
  • Language skills: English (Fluent, both written & spoken), German a strong plus (Fluent, both written & spoken)
