To strengthen our Customer Services department at global level we are looking for an : EXPORT MANAGER ROLE: Customer Relationship
Supports the export team through customer service activities by:
- Acting as a central coordination point for all activities. - Helping to have the appropriate communication with customers. - Acting as an escalation point for any issues. - Acting as a back-up in case of any employee absence. Sales Order and Export Management
Supports the export team through operational activities by:
- Supervising customer portfolio. - Acting as an escalation point for any issues. - Acting as a back-up in case of any employee absence.
Identify improvement by implementing new processes or updating existing processes depending on recurrent non-conformities or changing environment.
Defines order tracking, shipping, and export processes, and ensures they are aligned with business strategic objectives.
Monitors compliance of Sales Order and Export management processes with all relevant standards, policies and best practices (ISO certification).
Establishes SOPs to put in place.
Establishes and maintains KPIs, performance measurement and evaluation.
Manages financial audits (internal and external) by liaising with external auditing agencies, legal bodies and corporate offices to ensure financial compliance.
Additional responsibilities
Maintain external relations with key stakeholders (Central Banks, Security Printers & Sister companies), transporters, carriers, customs, Chambers of commerce and industry.
Set observable and measurable time-bound priorities for each employee and the team to encourage the collaboration and clarity.
Set and monitor objectives to the team.
Ensure the execution and monitor the advancement by leveraging on key indicators and dashboards.
PROFILE:
Around 10 years of experience, with around 3 years' experience in people management.
CFC or Swiss Federal Diploma as Specialist in International Trade
Knowledge of SAP or other similar ERP system.
Knowledge of international trade.
Rigorous, flexible and with good negotiation skills.
Fluent in English and French, additional language is a plus (Spanish or German).
