Facilities Manager
. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings and properties are well-maintained and safe for all occupants. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders within the Global Facilities Organization and Local SVPs to align facility management strategies with organizational goals and employee needs. This role also involves implementing sustainability initiatives, integrating advanced technologies, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing space utilization, and enhancing employee well-being through various programs.
Role Definition
Oversees all aspects of operations, services, maintenance in support of building infrastructure requirements and employee experience within the Geneva site.
Responsibilities
Overseeing building services and the installation and maintenance of building related systems and processes.
Global Facilities Alignment with Policies and Procedures / Webpages / Information / Employee Communications
Communicating with suppliers' technical support to address equipment or infrastructure disruptions and proactive preventative maintenance.
Performing routine-to-complex work for office and campus improvements.
Manages planning, execution and control of small to medium scope facilities projects.
Provides products and services to meet clients' / employee needs.

Assist in all aspects of the current building renovation project

Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong project management experience including communication and change management

Strong, proven interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and credibility
Proven experience of working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, and the ability to influence and resolve differences and issues.
Exceptional ability to ability to anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in English & French
Communication skills (both written and verbal) including the ability to partner and build relationships
5-10+ years experience in facilities management
